Specially tailored to suit the needs of new and adoptive parents to encourage Attachment, Bonding and Caring of infants and young children.

Programme Objectives:
(1) To educate new parents to care and learn the knowledge, skills and attributes to parenting:

(2) To equip parents (new/adoptive) the knowledge in child development and care and develop healthy habits in children;

(3) To create appropriate opportunities and environment for nurturing the young child;

(4) To develop skills in everyday activities in nurturing relationship through play;

(5) To develop skills and attributes in identifying learning need and look for resources in the community to deal with the problems.
